Drawbridge Active Support is designed to help you keep your home security in tip-top condition.  It covers false alarms, mistakes, system faults and real activations.

One phone call is all it takes to speak to the duty engineer.  Most problems are sorted over the phone, but if not - well, this is Active support!  The engineer will visit your home and fix it for you.

Every new Defender system comes with Active support included in the price.  24 hour coverage; seven days a week; 365 days of the year.

The price includes two maintenance visits every year.  You can even arrange for an engineer to carry out your maintenance visit on a Saturday!
